The KOYA garden house is a space module designed with exceptional aesthetics, prioritizing the user's comfort and high quality. The architects and engineers behind KOYA focused on a cubist form with slightly rounded edges, creating an angular yet soft appearance. The metal and glass façade seamlessly integrates with the exterior, giving the garden house a unified and cohesive look.

The design garden house features an integrated flat roof with internal drainage. The adjustable feet, slightly inwardly offset, create a floating illusion. It comes in various sizes and can be placed freely in gardens, terraces, or other areas. This versatile garden house can serve as a guest house, pool house, fitness room, garden lounge, or even a modern vacation home. Each unit is made in Germany with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring insulation and winterization for year-round use.

KOYA system

Customization options include openable and fixed glazed windows, doors, and opaque side walls, enabling individualized room modules. All wall and window elements are insulated. The garden house also offers options for skylights, enhancing interior lighting and ventilation. With a selection of floor, wall, and ceiling materials. Accessories such as heating, air conditioning, and lighting can be added to transform the KOYA garden house into a fully equipped residential building.
